Miles and Marshall provided swift, concise, and excellent customer service when I needed scanning of my documents completed. Marshall emailed me back almost immediately every time and helped me coordinate document drop off. The scans are crystal clear and had a very fast turnaround considering the number of docs. I also dropped off a packet for shredding. Kudos and thank you to whoever did they actual scanning. High quality scans that are easily searchable and they even broke them down into the individual packets i dropped the documents off in. This service is super beneficial to me and I would definitely recommend Corodata for any large doc scanning needs you may have.

Corodata was a joy to work with. They have very reasonable prices, the staff are attentive and accessible (love Linda!), and they are local and got the job done - 29 banker boxes of documents. Highly recommend them if you need shredding services for a decent price and great service.

The staff at Corodata, including warehouse and office personnel, were very helpful and accommodating. I had to review the file contents and mark dozens of boxes for shredding/destruction. It took 7 hours, and everyone helped to make our job easier. We were able to eat lunch onsite; they helped load the handful of boxes we retained into our car and gave us a modest courtesy discount on the total charges.

I searched lots of commercial shredding options for our office and they were all overpriced except for Corodata. As a small office, we were grateful for the different size options and 0 commitment to a certain time frame as the rental fee was monthly and not based on the # of bins. Jami Cabrera also provided excellent customer service and gave us multiple cost options to compare and arranged a drop off that worked for our schedule. Great experience overall!

good service and good staff. they just forget to empty the shredder bins. I'm assuming cause of the new hospital rooms and all located bins. but besides that they are good.
